Who can apply to be an All-American?

• Students in the fifth grade or higher who have a 96% or higher for the entire year (2008-2009).
• In addition to the grades, Pop Warner National is looking at students who are actively involved in their community. Examples include: babysitting, volunteering with the elderly, leadership programs, team captains, soup kitchen, Sunday School, reading to younger classmates, principals list, academic awards, heart walk, cancer walk, play an instrument, drama, first aid card, animal shelter, etc.
• Time frames for activities are not required; if an activity was just for 30 minutes, it counts.

Forms must be typed. Please do not attach award letters.

The addendum is a critical part of the consideration process. This is where extracurricular activities and community service information is reported. Applications without an addendum will not be considered.
